I am an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Salem State University. My research interests span the areas of distributed computing, computer security, cryptography, cyber-physical systems, electronic voting systems and computer science education. A common theme in my research is the use of formal mathematical analysis for proving the safety and security of systems, algorithms and architectures.
I hold a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. from University of Connecticut, a M.Sc. from National Technical Unviversity of Anthens and University of Patras (joint Interuniversity Program) and a Dimploma of Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from University of Patras, Greece.
